My life as a television series

I admit to have wondered at times whether I could sell my life story to a network. Would it get picked up as a drama? a sitcom? maybe a reality show? Who would they cast to play me and Robin? Would they hire all my friends and family as extras to recreate those past life events and turning points that have led us here?

Nah! I think I'm better off to keep it real, besides I have a feeling I'd be way to critical of whom ever got to play the part of the Potter and the Potter's wife. I reckon it would at least have a good run, several seasons worth of thickening plots....what will the nomadic family do next?!?

Well folks, and this is no fictional plot line, next up we're off to Winnipeg!

Robin was offered full time teaching at the University of Manitoba this coming fall. A tough decision, with our hearts set on returning to the Kootenays after several years now in a row away, but I've since warmed to the idea of another year of adventure for our little family. And since I started really digging around for the dirt on Winnipeg, the list of pros continues to grow.

Hey Eden,

This is Jessica Sandell (Rorison) grew up being friends with Chris, dated Pete...

Anyways, I love your blog. I read it all the time.

I'm not sure if you know this or not, but Mike Rennie, Carmen and their three kids live in Winnipeg. Mike works for the University and Carmen does freelance and stays home with their kids.

After reading your post from today I just had to share the news, as I'm sure your families with have so much in common and moving to a place with friends on the other makes the transition that much easier.

Look forward to reading about your adventures. Let me know if you want their contact info.

Take care,

Jess

Hi Jess, Thank you so much for your comment. I'd love to track down Mr. Rennie and family. That would be great if you could send me their contact info. Super stoked you like my blog, this past year has been a bit tough to post, but I'm thinking Winnipeg will give me tons of new things to post about. Hope you are well! Cheers,
Eden
