PW (Potter's Wife): We're home!
P (Potter): How did the Holiday Baking workshop go?
PW: Awesome. Look what we made!P: Mini Eclairs?
PW: Choux pastry! With cream filling and chocolate mint ganache actually ....
P: Wow. Let's eat them.
PW: Let's make some tea first. I think they'll go really well with some peppermint tea.
P: So it was a good experience?
PW: It was terrific. I love what they are doing there at the Valley Kitchen, such a great space, and Kootenay Food is going to run more classes there too, a whole culinary series.
P: Tea's ready. Spade plates to serve them up?
PW: Perfect.
